Both Zelda and Clavius claim that they developed the Forbidden Arts with Rothbart, but it seems that neither character knows the other one exists.
Possible explanation: Rothbart worked with both of them separately.
While Rogers in attempting to convince Derek to apologize to Odette, he says "...that's what WE husbands do..." He is quite obviously NOT married(why else would he make it so obvious he loves Zelda?), so is it just a slip of his animated tongue or what?
Possible explanation: Maybe Rogers was married once and his wife died.
Roger's eyebrows change colour. Normally, they're still black, but during the scene where Whizzer steals the keys for Zelda, Rogers' brows are gray.
The tear in the last page constantly changes size.
During the final fight scene, Whizzer imitates Rothbart's voice. He has never actually heard Rothbart speak, so how could he have imitated it?
